Cooking Tips
Here are some fun tips for cooking some of the Irvings for Red Hot Lovers'® Products
Hot Dogs & Polish Sausage |

| Steaming - | Fill pot with 2 ½ inches of water. Bring to a boil and place product above water. Cook 3-5 minutes. | |
| Boiling - | Fill pot ¾ full of water. Bring to a boil. Submerge hot dog or Polish in water. Sausage will rise to the top when cooked, usually in 4 to 7 minutes. | |
| B.B.Q - | HIGHLY recommended - especially for Polish sausage. Serrate product by slicing. Place on hot grill and roll ''til sizzling, usually 4 to 6 minutes. | |
Gourmet Brats |

| Broiling - | You can broil these in your oven. Serrate sausage and cook 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Keep you eye on them as each oven is different and cooks slightly differently. | |
| B.B.Q - | Our brats - cook best on the grill!! Serrate sausages (3 slices on each side) and grill 6 to 9 minutes rotating constantly. | |
Italian Sausage |

| Oven - | 400° for 35 minutes on sheet pan, turn once during cooking OR Slow cooked at 325° for 1 hour |

| Convection Oven - | 400° for 35 minutes on sheet pan, turn once during cooking | |
| Deep Fryer - | 350° 3½ minutes | |
| Pan Fry - | 15 minutes on slightly greased surface, turn often | |
| Charcoal - | 10 to 12 minutes, turn often | |
